Music is such a good way to alleviate the fury I feel when I have a tough time. More than that, I tend to turn on the music at the same time when I head somewhere in public transportation. I can forget the burden of life while relaxing with calming jazz or R&B songs.
I think that Korea has a cultural prevalence when it comes to music, especially in relation to K-pop. Koreans frequently listen to the songs of boy and girl bands, which are renowned all over the world. I felt proud of K-pop when I heard BTS' songs on the street in Spain when I was an international student there. Other Koreans probably feel the same as me regarding K-pop.
