At my company, I am involved in project that require brainstorming for proposals. During meetings, I suggest ideas, even though as an entry-level employee, many of my suggestions may not be essential. Nonetheless, I strive to assist my colleagues to the best of my ability in any project I am working on.

My team members are friendly and respectful, often considering even my less creative ideas. Occasionally, I provide a core suggestion that motivates me to consistently work hard.

The truth is, there's no need to fear suggesting ideas, even if you doubt their productivity. Sharing as many ideas as possible in a meeting is crucial, allowing the team to select the most practical one among them.
