I personally think that employees are a kind of customer of a company. So companies are obliged to communicate with personnel openly to notice their needs. By satisfying each individual's needs, the company is able to make the office vibe productive and inspiring. In conclusion, open communication in a company is crucial for encouraging employees to work productively.
We have a family day on Fridays biweekly, where employees can work four hours less than the normal working time. Today is that day, so I can’t wait for the departure at 1 p.m. Even though I often work overtime, I can rejuvenate my vibrant condition by balancing life matters after work.
My company supports employees financially for obtaining certifications. In fact, I recently acquired three certifications with the test fees being covered by my company. However, what I am ashamed of is that they don’t assist with financing employees' English learning. I started learning English to improve my communication skills for collaborating with global clients, so I have been requesting financial assistance for learning lately.
