To assess my current career achievements, I can create a resume, which I would make if I were to apply for the next targeted company. I may compare each bullet point on the resume with the qualifications of the next company. This way, I can determine how successful I have been in my career and how well I fit into my next goal.

The quality of my contribution to a team motivates me to strive for success. As a member of a team collaborating with each other to do our best, I truly hope to carry out my role perfectly. Hence, I evaluate myself to determine whether I am capable of leading a project on my own from time to time, while simultaneously pursuing the team’s goals.

I once completed a highly insightful report after working on a project by myself. It was my first project that I handled alone. Even though I was concerned about taking all the responsibilities in the first stage, the insights and action items were quite satisfactory, making the whole project informative.
