I am working as a CRM marketer at a CRM marketing & data visualization agency. I am currently involved in three projects. One is for handling the operation of CRM marketing campaigns. Another one is for blueprinting a plan of creating a CRM marketing solution via SI partnership. The last one is for suggesting a proposal for a new retail ad leveraging SI solutions.

I am newly assigned to my team, so I am not capable of dealing with many tasks skillfully yet. I am mostly in charge of taking minutes in a meeting. I also take responsibility to communicate with the clients and counterparts at work. I have been advancing my knowledge and skills to make more contributions to my team.

I signed the firm contract yesterday after three months as an intern. As my team leader assessed me and my capabilities as a necessary resource for the team, I was able to negotiate a satisfactory salary based on my performance that I led.
