교정본

My preference regarding food is Korean traditional style, which consists of lots of vegetables and rice. I consider Korean-style meals healthy because of ingredients such as less fat and much dietary fiber.

However, I sometimes crave stimulating flavors like spicy foods and alcohol. I notice that balancing the types of food in my dietary habits is the key to keeping myself healthy, so I intend to eat a variety of foods with diverse ingredients.

I don’t really follow any dietary guidelines. However, I am apparently notified that a meal with only fatty, spicy, and sweet ingredients is not good for health. Hence, I am compelled to have healthy yet less delicious food only for the balance of my dietary.

I don’t feel like my eating habit has any influence on my health from time to time. This is mainly because I have a thin body shape all my life. Nevertheless, when I drink a lot of alcohol frequently, I am worried about the status of my body, feeling a bit more tired, sleepy, and dizzy because of the hangover.

My preference when it comes to food is the traditional Korean style, which mainly includes lots of vegetables and rice. Korean meals are generally viewed as healthy due to ingredients having less fat and high dietary fiber content.

Occasionally, I find myself craving bold flavors like spicy foods and alcohol. However, I am aware that maintaining a balanced diet is crucial for my well-being. Therefore, I aim to consume a variety of foods with different ingredients to ensure a healthy diet.

I do not strictly adhere to any specific dietary rules. Nevertheless, I have come to realize that consuming meals that include only fatty, spicy, and sweet components may not be beneficial for my health. Consequently, I strive to incorporate nutritious but less tasty foods into my diet to maintain a healthy balance.

As of now, I do not believe that my eating habits significantly impact my health, mainly because I have always had a slender physique. However, I sometimes feel concerned about my well-being when I consume excessive amounts of alcohol, as it often leaves me feeling tired, drowsy, and dizzy due to the effects of a hangover.

자연스럽게

I really love Korean traditional food because it has loads of veggies and rice, making it super healthy. It's got less fat and tons of fiber which is awesome!

Sometimes, though, I get a craving for some spicy food or a bit of alcohol for that extra kick. I've realized that having a good balance of different types of food keeps me feeling good, so I try to mix it up.

I'm not big on following specific diet rules, but I've heard that only eating fatty, spicy, or sweet stuff isn't great for you. So, I make sure to have some healthy yet not-so-yummy food to keep things in check.

I never used to think my eating habits affected my health much because I've always been slim. But, whenever I party hard and drink too much, my body feels it the next day. I get tired, sleepy, and dizzy from the hangover and worry a bit about my health.
