교정본

I try to express what makes me concerned logically. I’m able to persuade the other side if I provide some reasons that support my opinion. However, acknowledging different thoughts is crucial when the other side makes more sense than mine.

When I express concerns, I consider the timing and context. For example, when I discuss a controversial topic with my boss, I adopt a more open-minded attitude to their opinion. Also, if my company confronts any risk in the market, I will be conservative about venturing into the circumstances.

It is quite burdensome to be assertive and respectful at the same time. However, being assertive is about taking responsibility for your perspective and expressing it confidently. On the other hand, being respectful is more related to using a polite manner when sharing ideas. When we consider both sides while voicing our concerns, we’re able to strike a balance between being assertive and respectful without much effort.

I attempt to express my concerns logically. I can persuade others if I offer reasons that support my opinion. Nevertheless, it is vital to acknowledge different perspectives, especially when the opposing viewpoint is more convincing.

When expressing concerns, I carefully consider the timing and context. For instance, when discussing a controversial topic with my boss, I embrace a more open-minded attitude towards their opinions. Similarly, if my company faces risks in the market, I tend to be cautious about taking action.

Balancing assertiveness and respectfulness can be challenging. Being assertive entails taking responsibility for your viewpoint and confidently expressing it. Conversely, being respectful involves communicating ideas in a polite manner. By considering both aspects when sharing our concerns, we can effortlessly achieve a balance between being assertive and respectful.

I try to explain my worries in a logical way. If I give some good reasons for my views, I can convince the other person. But it's important to be open to different ideas, especially when their point makes more sense.

When I talk about concerns, I think about when and where I discuss them. For instance, when I talk about a controversial issue with my boss, I listen to their opinion with an open mind. Also, if my company faces a risk in the market, I prefer to be cautious before making any decisions.

It can be tough to speak up and be polite at the same time. Yet, being assertive means taking charge of your viewpoint and expressing it confidently. On the other hand, being respectful is about sharing your thoughts in a kind way. When we consider both viewpoints while expressing our worries, we can find a good balance between being assertive and respectful without much trouble.
