I was recently employed in the current company, so there is still a lot of work that I have to learn. I am attempting to be good at handling some CRM marketing tools, and I also intend to be familiar with the process of data analysis.

I’d like to work with someone who prioritizes active communication with coworkers. A strong communication skill makes colleagues collaborate closely. Additionally, I hope to work with a colleague who has a deep understanding of any situation at work even when someone makes mistakes.

I think I am a good coworker. I tend to listen carefully to my colleagues' orders or requests with strong respect for them. And I consider their workload. For example, we encounter a hectic task. When my colleagues are in a rush to deal with some tasks, I just wait for them to complete the tasks before initiating a discussion.

I want to team up with someone who values talking to coworkers. Good communication helps people work well together. Also, I'd like a colleague who really gets what's going on at work even if mistakes happen.

I believe I'm a great team player. I carefully listen to my coworkers and show them respect. I also think about how much work they have. For instance, if we have a tough job, I don't rush into discussions when they're busy.
