Once I arrive at the office every morning, I open my diary to check today’s schedule. I skip this routine from time to time when I don’t have to complete a task under a tight deadline. On the other hand, if I have lots of things to do in a day and all the tasks include tight deadlines, I make an effort to organize my daily schedule efficiently.

I utilize the setting alarm feature of my phone to pursue an appropriate time limit for each task. It also helps remind me of my plans. Additionally, when it comes to organizing a schedule, you should regard both monthly and daily aspects. A daily plan can be decided according to monthly plans at times, which should be handled with a longer period compared to the daily one.

When I traveled to Busan, I made an itinerary to enjoy a day trip to the fullest. A day trip should be conducted under a tight timetable, so the itinerary I organized strategically with a purpose of efficiently managing time was highly effective to accomplish a perfect trip.
