The more mentally mature I am as I get older, the more confident I am. Since I entered my early 30s, I’m more confident about myself compared to the past. I don’t have a clue how my life is going yet because I am a human being, and every choice leads to different and distinct outcomes. But I won’t regret what I’m doing currently for my life.
However, I feel scared about some of my actions towards others when I reflect on myself at night. I express emotions frankly, which is not a bad thing totally. But I thought to myself that I shouldn’t reveal negative vibes like anger at times.
One of the most effective methods for boosting mental health is meditation in a daily routine. When I meditated daily in the past, I felt mentally healthier than when I hadn’t meditated regularly. I don’t have a meditating routine at the moment for some reason, but I’m willing to make a mentally healthy routine in my daily life with meditation.
Viewing creative outlets is definitely effective for improving mental health. When you admire some masterpieces by prominent artists, you feel mentally abundant with a bundle of diverse emotions created by reflecting on yourself deeply. Art sometimes represents your thoughts and emotions. And this can alleviate your negative vibe somehow.

When I practiced meditation regularly in the past, I felt mentally healthier than when I did not. Although I currently do not have a meditation routine for various reasons, I am committed to establishing a mentally healthy routine that includes meditation in my daily life.
Engaging with creative outlets is also highly effective for improving mental health. When you admire masterpieces by renowned artists, you experience a sense of mental enrichment, filled with a variety of emotions that prompt deep self-reflection. Art has the power to represent your thoughts and emotions, and this can help alleviate negative feelings to some extent.
