I prefer online shopping to traditional shopping. There are some reasons for my preference. First, online shopping is more convenient than traditional shopping because you can order items with a click of a button at home. Second, comparing the prices in online markets is easier than viewing those of traditional markets, owing to looking at the shops just on a screen without visiting a place.

However, there are some disadvantages of online shopping as well. The prices are changing all the time, so they are different when you look at the prices of the same item the next day. On top of that, the fast cycle of e-commerce can burden laborers who work for one-day delivery 24/7 excessively, which is a severe social issue nowadays.

The Korean government has been issuing vouchers that make visitors of traditional markets purchase the products at a competitive price supported by subsidies. If they strive to inform this measure more commonly, it helps spread the advantages to residents near markets and they may visit there frequently. Other than that, it is inevitable to reconstruct markets to make them modern. The convenient facilities can attract the visitors to go shopping in traditional markets.
