I’ve never visited any places related to Goguryeo. Most of the territories the Kingdom Goguryeo occupied are situated in the current area of China or North Korea. As a South Korean, I’m not allowed to head to North Korea, and traveling overseas isn’t so simple only for the aim of visiting ethnic historical sites.

I believe that the use of digital technology can be a good method to enjoy ancient creations. The obstacles in reality, such as long distances, political restrictions, and so on, don’t enable us to admire historical artifacts in person. Therefore, the digital technology of recreating them can’t help but be useful to experience viewing the historical heritage indirectly.

Upon studying ancient inscriptions, you can learn about how ancient people lived, the real historical context the inscriber intended, and social rules that were allowed in that era. In addition to that, you may infer where your presence derived from based on the perspective of keeping track of the ancestors.
