My Answer
People rather prefer shopping through offline market other than online, since the thing about grocery products is the high level of freshness. Even though online shop is apparently convenient due to reducing time and effort for shopping, we are not able to check real appearance and quality of produce using online shopping. The ambiguous point of online shopping would make people feel unfamiliar with that. In addition to that, we can even buy the products directly in offline store.
