Measure yourself on the Grit Scale. What is your average grit score? Do you consider yourself to have more passion or perseverance? Why? How can you become a grittier person?

Request

It turns out that I have 4 out of 5 on the grit scale. But honestly, I don't even know how come passion and perseverance split simply because those emerge at the same time when I have to pursue a calling. For me to be much gritter is to set up a superb calling that I am never going to change. And the thing is to make very specific plans reaching the calling to maintain the endurance easily.

Correction

It turns out that I got a 4 out of 5 on the grit scale. But honestly, I don't know why passion and perseverance are split because those traits emerge simultaneously when I am pursuing a calling. For me to become grittier, I must set up a meaningful calling that I am never going to give up on. The most important aspect is to make very specific plans to ensure I can maintain endurance while achieving my calling.
